After completing my last qualification many years ago I decided it was time to learn something new to expand my skills and knowledge in a slightly different area but also to compliment the regular work that I complete on a day-to-day basis.I have learned so much from the Level 5 Professional Coaching Apprenticeship both personally and professionally. The apprenticeship pathway gave me flexibility to continue to work and manage my busy family life whilst using being able to use some of my work hours to complete the course. I was fully supported by my Line Manager and other learners on the course as well as my Lifetime coaches Si and Scott who gave me the confidence to complete all the training and most importantly get me ready for the end point assessment.I would recommend and encourage any apprenticeship for people to be able to achieve their future goals - don't be afraid to try something new and succeed like I have.
