The Children’s Centre Family hub service is part of an integrated family service to ensure families with children and young people aged 0-19, or up 25 for those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) receive effective early intervention to improve children’s wellbeing, educational attainment, and life chances, reduce family poverty, improve mental healthandlead to lower crime, unemployment, and other negative outcomes. Our centres enhance integrated workingbyenablingeasier access to support better outcomes for families, more effective service delivery and smarteruse of budgets.
