GLL is looking for a Triathlon Coach to work at Maindy Centre. If you have the skills and ambition to join us as a Triathlon Coach, there's never been a more exciting time to join us. The role will support the coaching team in the delivery and facilitation of coached sessions across the 3 elements of triathlon. Triathlon coaches will offer practical delivery of sessions as a facilitator and a coach which will be key components of the role, supporting sessions with kit preparation and stock monitoring and control in liaison with the coaching and centre management team. 

 

What you need: 

  • A can-do attitude 

  • A real focus on customer service. 

  • Passion and personality 

  • Knowledge of health and safety 

  • Be a great team player 

  • A minimum Level 1 Coaching qualification, a level 2 would be desirable.  

  • A current, valid first aid certificate (desirable). 

What you’ll do: 

  • To assist in the delivery of triathlon sport coaching sessions across all three disciplines delivered at the centre. 

  • To support the coaching team by facilitating coached sessions. 

  • To effectively support events and activities on and off site as appropriate to the role. 

  • To support club officials, coaches and volunteers where appropriate.
