GLL is looking for a Trampoline Coach to work at Ulverston Leisure Centre. If you have the skills and ambition to join us as a Trampoline Coach, there’s never been a more exciting time to join us. Our Trampoline Coaches sit within our junior brands division as the majority of our sports courses we deliver are to children; nationally over 120,000 children attend our sports courses. As a Trampoline Coach, you’ll thrive on seeing others develop and as your courses and lessons will be your own to lead and plan, you’ll influence their success and growth.

At GLL, we want our Trampoline Coaches to ensure their lessons are enjoyable whilst making sure all pupils are constantly observed and kept safe. Due to our size and scale, there will be plenty of hours available for you as Trampoline Coaches and the bigger our courses get, the more opportunity there will be to further develop your career with us.

What you need:

  • Minimum of UKCC Level 1 coach in General, Pre-school or Men’s or Women’s Artistic (Acro)

  • Positive ‘can-do’ attitude

  • Team player

  • Great communicator

  • A real focus on customer service

  • Experience of coaching in a community setting

What you’ll do:

  • You will be responsible for the delivery of a trampoline programme which will be well structured, focussing on progression and the development of your pupils.

  • The delivery of high quality coaching

  • Completing or assisting with equipment set ups, warm ups and cool downs

  • Maintain a positive image of the Centre to customers and the public by providing a welcoming, helpful and professional service

  • Level 1 coaches aged 18+ may be responsible for the overall delivery of lessons and courses

  • Enthusiastic to attend development days and training sessions to upskill and increase trampolining knowledge
