GLL is looking for a Swimming Coach to work at Barnet Copthall Leisure Centre joining the coaching team for the Barnet Training Scheme. What you’ll do:
Deliver pupil focussed sessions in a passionate and professional manner Monday to Friday 17:30-21:00 and Saturday 06:00-09:00 - 20.5 hours
Ensure sessions are delivered in line with guidelines and take responsibility for the safety of your pupils
Undertake any necessary administration, captured manually or electronically to the compliance of relevant to specific aquatic discipline
Maintain a good and positive image of the Centre to customers and the public generally by providing a welcoming, helpful and professional poolside service.
Comply with the commitments outlined in the ‘Customer Charter’, ensuring that standards are maintained as stipulated.
Understand and follow the Safeguarding Policy and Procedure & Behaviour policy contained within the Swim School product.
Record and complete relevant certification in line with expected standards, ensuring that the levels are obtained
Coach to the standard set within the product manual to ensure a consistent approach throughout all the centres.

What you need:
Essential STA Certificate Level or Swim England Level 2 qualification
Experience of working with swimmers through a range of ages
