GLL is looking for a Health Referral Administration Assistant to work and support the Healthwise in the sport and leisure facilities across Cornwall. The Health Referral Administration role is responsible in providing an effective and efficient administration support service to the staff within Health wise, by ensuring that in terms of administration the team are able to function. The Health wise Administration Assistant role will involve responsibility for the Healthwise database; preparing and receiving customer referrals and managing the diaries of Health wise staff.
The Health Referral Administration Assistant is responsible to the Health Referral Manager.
What you’ll do:
Ensuring that the Healthwise database is fully up to date at all times.
Collating Statistics from the database for use by the Healthwise Coordinator, Client and referrer.
Receiving and Distributing referrals for approval.
Preparing and sending out of all mail in relation to referrals.
Assisting with any duties associated with Healthwise as required.
Diary bookings for Healthwise staff, phone answering and filing.

What you need:
Office environment and administration experience
Strong ICT skills in a range of software packages
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and IT literate.
Some knowledge of leisure centre operations
