Join our vibrant Graphic Art & Print team, Greenwich Leisure Limited’s in-house service providing the design needs of the UK’s largest leisure operator. As our Graphic Art & Print Assistant you’ll be the foundation of our team, ensuring smooth operations by processing incoming design briefs and print orders through Asana, our project management platform. If you’re highly organised, love working in a creative environment, and thrive under pressure, this is the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for the team - logging design requests within Asana and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Process print orders, track deliveries, and handle admin tasks like purchase orders.
- Keep things running smoothly - manage office supplies, promotional stock, and resolve shortages.
- Assist with digital image cataloguing and file organisation.
- Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure office equipment is well-maintained and operational.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills - you’re a pro at multitasking!
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience in office admin, print coordination, or similar roles.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) We’ll make you better.
- Self-motivated and adaptable - you love a challenge!

- This is a Full time / part time / permanent / Flexible position. Hours of work will be negotiated with you in line with the needs of the service; flexible working may be possible. Working from home is not possible in this role.
