This leisure complex offers a trampoline park, large soft play area and cafe with a full birthday party programme and can be very faced paced at peak times. We’re looking for new team members who are keen to take on a muilti-skilled role and have an interest in high adrenalin activities. Working closely with the Supervisors and Managers, you’ll ensure that the Park & Soft Play areas run smoothly on a day-to-day basis by overseeing operational processes such as reception, stock control, cleaning, basic maintenance and assisting in the delivery of promotional campaigns.

 

You’ll be able to relate to our customers and your energy and enthusiasm will ensure they have the most enjoyable time possible as well as staying safe. You'll be working with a team of like-minded people and encouraged to develop your ideas to help more people become active in non-traditional sports.

 

You'll be motivated and ambitious - always looking for the next challenge. You'll ideally have some customer-facing experience, but being an excellent communicator and driven in your work will also stand you in good stead. You will need to have good IT skills and be able to adhere to stringent health and safety requirements. As well as demonstrating your knowledge of Safeguarding, you'll show a commitment to learn and develop within the team and in return, we'll help you to develop your career with us.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Be the first point of call for customers.

  • Cleaning and maintain the extreme sport facilities

  • Supervising and supporting customers

  • Playing safety videos for customers

  • Talking to parties and making sure they run smoothly

  • Follow Safeguarding practices

 

What you need:

  • A can-do attitude.

  • A real focus on customer service.

  • Passion and personality.

  • Knowledge of health and safety.

  • Be a great team player.

  • Good IT, literacy, numerical, and communication skills.

  • Some experience of working in Leisure and or Children Activities environment

  • This is a flexible position. Hours of work will be negotiated with you in line with the needs of the service; flexible working may be possible. Working from home is not possible in this role.
