The Fitness Coach position is more than just a job, it’s a career. As a qualified fitness instructor you will join our professional team delivering a high end quality service. As one of GLL’s signature fitness classes Group Cycle Performance will be the ultimate boutique fitness workout. Full training will be given on Technogym Free Beats and Peak Class technology to give all our customers the ability to achieve the most out of their workout. Using Music, Visual Effects and an immersive journey, Free Beats uses the ultimate effects along with instructor inspiration to motivation customers, Peak uses Metrics – HR, Watts and RPM along with Visuals as the polar opposite of a motivation tool. Both classes are an instructors dream to ensure that the members experience achieves the definitive workout
As a Fitness Coach your skills and ability to motivate and coach the customers is crucial. Whether the member is de-conditioned or of a high fitness level you will be their inspiration!
What you need:
- A minimum NVQ level two Fitness Instructor Qualification
- Group Cycle Qualification
- Experience of class delivery
- A good positive image and by providing welcoming, helpful and professional service the customers will be returning week after week.
- Proactively market and promote the Group Cycle classes
- Ability to engage with all customers to activity encourage participation all service and activities
