The Digital Adoption and Change Manager is a pivotal role within our organisation, responsible for overseeing the seamless introduction, adoption, and utilisation of new and existing software systems.

 

This role bridges the gap between technological advancements and employee proficiency, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use new tools following successful implementation. By collaborating closely with the Learning and Development team, the Digital Adoption and Change Manager ensures that comprehensive training programs are in place to support the organisation's continuous growth and adaptation to new technologies as well as leading the introduction of new concepts.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Software Implementation Oversight: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of new software system or hardware implementations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations across all divisions.
  • Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and high adoption / engagement rates of new software systems among employees.
  • Training Content Development: Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver effective training programs tailored to various user groups within the organisation and publish these appropriately.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders across departments to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with organisational goals maximising the use of technology.
  • Supplier Management: Oversee relationships with relevant suppliers, ensuring that contracts are managed effectively, service levels are maintained, and any issues are promptly addressed to support seamless technology adoption.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyse the performance and usage of new software systems, providing regular reports and insights to senior management to inform decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in software usage and training methodologies, ensuring that the organisation remains at the forefront of technological advancements.

Whilst there are specific skills and qualifications associated with each role that would be discussed in detail, for all roles we’re looking for candidates with the following attributes:

  • Strong understanding of digital and technology systems and their application in a business context
  • An eye for advancements in technology with a willingness to support positive change
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve problems efficiently for the benefit of customers and staff
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to strive within a developing team
  • Experience of working effectively within cross-functional teams across
  • Previous involvement in projects from concept through to completion
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously meeting deadlines and delivering the across various brands.
