GLL is looking for a Children’s Centre Business Manager on a Fixed Term Contract of 3 months with a possibility of this being extended to work in our South Greenwich Children Centres. The Business Manager role is responsible for working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide a lead role with responsibility for the day-to-day management, motivation and development of the Children’s Centre Admin Support Officers and the Maintenance Team, to ensure an efficient and effective service.
What you’ll do:
The Business Manager will be responsible for ensuring the Admin Support Officers team provides an excellent customer-focused frontline service and maintains a safe and compliant environment for all staff and visitors.
Overseeing finance and data systems, ensuring they are used to their full potential.
Managing the recruitment of new staff, internal and transfers
Handling maintenance queries from Children's Centre Duty Managers and following up accordingly with RBG and/or GLL Suppliers.
Managing Children's Centre Income & Expenditure logs.
Overseeing the SGCC repairs and Invoice mailboxes.
Approving Purchase Requisitions (PRs) on finance systems.
