As a Catering and Leisure Supervisor you’ll oversee a team of catering assistants and extreme assistants who you’ll act as a mentor and role model to. You'll oversee the day to day management of the trampoline park, bowling alley, soft play and diner and will work with your line manager to further develop the leisure and catering products. As a Catering and Leisure Supervisor you'll need to be able to solve problems quickly and with ease, as at times the leisure end will become busy which is when staff will be looking to you for guidance and assistance. Catering and Leisure Supervisors are responsible for the maintenance and preparation of all kitchen areas and equipment, so you’ll need to be hard working and detail orientated. Excellent communication, organisation and social skills are necessary as you’ll often be the first point of contact for customers.

 

What you’ll do:

 

*         Deal with large trampoline and bowling bookings

*         Assist with planning and delivery of staff training sessions

*         Ensure staff are following safety procedures

*         Ensure Catering documents are correct and up–to-date

*         Ensure a robust cleaning schedule is in place and being followed

*         Cook and deliver top quality food to customers

*         Keep rotas up to date and organise shifts with staff

*         Key holder to the building

*         Oversee a team of up to 10 employees
