GLL is looking for a Admin Assistant to work at Ghyll Head Outdoor Education & Activity Centre, based on the shores of Lake Windermere, for a one year fixed term, with the potential to extend to a permanent contract. Your role as an Admin Assistant is to provide an effective and efficient support service to the Centre.  You will be administering of any bookings required by the team such as school and youth group visits , and events. Our centre administrators also support the Head of Centres to produce reports, answer phone queries and help with procurement.

What you’ll do: 

*     Raising invoices for centre block booking and one off booking.

*     To effectively manage the centres debtors lists and assist the managers in the recovery of debts.

*     Assist the centres in event coordination including management and staff organisation if required.

*     Petty Cash control and cash reconciliation process.

*     Income / records. Emptying and banking / reconciliation of all monies taken.

*     Taking responsibility for ensuring a constant supply of corporate paperwork Inc. letterheads

*     Ordering of stationary supplies for each department and entering orders on Computer system

*     Auditing stationary expenditure and usage

*     Supplying the stationary order to the relevant departments and managers when the stock is received.

*     Support with various client reports when required.
