Blue Peris is looking for an Administrator/Booking coordinator to work at the Blue Peris Mountain Centre located in Dinorwic, Caernarfon Gwynedd.
We are an outdoor activity centre, with a long-standing history of delivering great adventure and outdoor activity residential courses. On our doorstep are magnificent mountains, tranquil lakes, and a stunning coastline.

Experience of office work
Experience of dealing with customers via email and by phone
Ability to use Office word, Outlook and basic Excel

Have the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Ability to assist with supporting catering team on ad hoc basis
What you’ll do:
Liase with all customers in regards of their bookings and manage day to day enquires
Raising, processing invoices and managing any debt
Proactively raise centre awareness, gain and promote new bookings
Ordering of stationary supplies
Support the management team with reports and document updates when required
Carry out other relevant office duties as and when required by centre managers
Oversee accident reporting
Manage staff holiday and rota records
Oversee ordering of goods for all departments including Liaison with Head cook and Head of housekeeping in view of ordering goods and customer logistics for in view of their bookings
Keep staff records up to date and ensure online staff training is monitored
Assisting managers with induction of new staff and record keeping and liason with HR regards new staff
Maintain all records and files as required
Oversee use of fuel cards and minibus logs
Oversee customer survey reports
Taking phone calls at the centre and managing these as required
Support managers as required with admin support
Keep first aid supplies updated
In charge of raising and managing Purchase Orders
Oversee souvenir shop orders , stock control and general up keep
Undertaken ad hoc catering shifts ( a shift being 3 to 5 hours )

Hours of work + Salary
25 hours per week
Ideally 5 days a week 5 hours per day.
However, this post does not allow for weekend or home working
FTE Salary is £ 26, 070, 46 ( Pro Rota based on 39 hours per week )
This role is full time position working 25 hours per week ( £16,711.83 )
