GLL is looking for an Admin Support Officer to work at Storkway Children’s Centre, Kidbrooke, Greenwich on a full time basis (35hrs pw). What you’ll do:
From the reception desk, you will manage the reception service and the reception area, ensuring you provide a professional, welcoming frontline reception service to all visitors.
Daily data recording is crucial to this role in ensuring families are registered with us and their data is accurately entered onto our family database.
As an Admin Support Officer, you will carry out all administration and finance relevant to ensuring the service is professional, efficient and accurate within a busy environment.
The Admin Support Officer is responsible for recording income in cash or card payments.
Tasks include, opening & closing checks, maintaining health & safety within the reception area and that it is tidy, resources stocked, rooms set up, display boards updated, and perform the role of Fire Marshall.

What you need:
At least five years previous experience as an administrator & receptionist multi-tasking in a demanding environment
Proven experience of using MS365 suite of systems
‘Can do’ attitude, helpful and proactive
Flexible to the needs of the service
Great customer care skills
Availability to work from 9am-5pm
Be honest, trustworthy and a great problem solver
A great team member who will contribute ideas and can lead by example and initiative
